NTS is a natural gas carrier that makes up the gas logistics chain in Brazil. The company receives natural gas from the shipper and transports it to the distributor, who is responsible for delivering it to the consumer. NTS's duties include fulfilling transportation service requests and installing new delivery and delivery points, as well as managing contracts and engineering works and meeting regulatory requirements established by the responsible agency.
NTS provides four distinct types of service: Firm Transport Service (STF), Special Transport Service (STE), Interruptible Transport Service (STI) and Operational Switch Service (STO). Check out the details of each one below.
The carrier also undertakes to receive, move and deliver the amount of gas requested by the carrier, on a daily basis but is limited to the maximum time limit 1 (one) year, and may be interrupted in the event of demand for contracting available capacity in the firm modality.
