The data provided below refer to the demands of ANP (National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels), the body responsible for regulating the activity of natural gas transportation in Brazil.
In compliance with item (i) of item I of art. 2 of ANP Ordinance No. 1/2003, NTS discloses information related to the planning of planned interventions in the transportation system for the horizon of the next 3 (three) months, resulting in flow restrictions or interruptions in supply to customers.
In compliance with item (j) of item I of art. 2 of ANP Ordinance No. 1/2003, the NTS informs that there are no planned expansions beyond those contained in the Transport Service Agreements currently in force.
Maintenance and inspection activities required to ensure reliability, availability, physical and structural integrity, and operational safety of existing natural gas transport infrastructure (pipelines, delivery points, compression stations and other facilities) are performed by Petrobras Transporte SA - TRANSPETRO.
The planning and execution of such activities are managed and controlled by the SAP R/3 System and are based on current legislation, national and international standards and regulations applicable to the gas pipeline industry, equipment manufacturers recommendations and engineering, maintenance and integrity best practices, including the adoption of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (MCC) methodology.
NTS monitors the effectiveness of these activities through technical-operational audits, technical reports issued by TRANSPETRO, periodic meetings and follow-up of indicators.
