In compliance with art. 9 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, through this electronic platform, NTS makes available the consultation of availability, access possibilities and transportation charges by Relevant Point under its responsibility, for all modes of Transport Service offered, as well as as the possibility of receiving access requests identified Interested Carriers.
In compliance with item III of paragraph 1 of art. 9 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS provides information on Available Capacity, Capacity in Flow Opposite to Physical Flow and Idle Capacity by Material Point, to provide new Transport Services, including Operational Exchange, under the best operating conditions assessed through thermohydraulic simulation.
In compliance with item III of paragraph 1 of art. 9 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016 and item (g) of item I of art. 2 of ANP Ordinance No. 1/2003, NTS provides information on the capacity available to provide new firm transportation services under the best operating conditions: Currently the capacity is fully contracted. There is no capacity available to provide new firm transportation services.
In compliance with subparagraphs (a) and (b) of item III of paragraph 1 of art. 9 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS makes public its forecast of:
a) - availability for the next 7 (seven) years to provide Firm Transport Service; and
b) - Availability and idleness for the next 2 (two) years for the other Transport Services.
This information is based on data provided by the shipper considering its delivery planning and consumption forecast informed by its customers.
The idleness calculated for the Relevant Points does not necessarily reflect the idle capacities to be made available to the market, as access to these Points is limited to idle movement capacities in the pipelines.
If there is demand for interruptible service at idle capacity, it will be necessary to consult the Thermo-Hydraulic Simulation to assess the technical feasibility of the case in question, considering the relevant points involved.
In compliance with art. 3 of ANP Ordinance no. 1/2003 and item V of paragraph 1 of art. 9 of ANP Resolution No. 11/2016, NTS makes public its Thermo-Hydraulic Simulation Reports (RSTH):
i - reflecting the conditions established in the Agreements already signed; and
ii - substantiating the assessment of the capacities available for the provision of new transport services.
Legal notice: This report is preliminary and non-binding and is made available by NTS for the sole purpose of sharing information with ANP, potential users and other interested parties regarding the capacity of the gas pipelines that make up the NTS network considered together, in the event a scenario of capacity reserve through entrances and exits that takes into account the total network held by NTS, without considering other models of capacity reserve and/or transport contracts in isolation.
Any information, estimates, projections and data presented herein are subject to change by NTS at any time, in view of definitions or reviews of commercial, regulatory or operational assumptions applicable to NTS and/or in any way to the transportation segment and/or NTS assets and should not be interpreted as a firm commitment to availability or any type of capacity offering.
Data on volumes, capacities and movements resulting from, or related to, assets of other carriers or shippers were obtained by NTS from publicly available sources, and NTS did not carry out any analysis as to the correctness, veracity or completeness of such information, nor did it has any responsibility for them.
In compliance with art. 21 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS submitted its proposed Term of Access for analysis and approval by the ANP on 03/20/2017, as provided for in art. 16 of ANP Resolution No. 11/2016 and awaits a position by the Agency.
Therefore, as soon as this approval process of the ANP Term of Access is completed, the document will be made available.
In compliance with art. 10 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS provides an Access Request Form, which must be properly completed and submitted for NTS's demand assessment.
According to paragraph 1 of art. 10 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS will respond to the interested shipper within 20 (twenty) business days from the receipt of the Access Request Form and its annexes, sending a copy to the ANP of this communication when applicable.
In compliance with item VII of paragraph 1 of art. 9 of ANP Resolution no. 11/2016, NTS provides a Summary of Access Requests to show the demand for access by Relevant Point and Transport Facility.
